Michael has worked in the solvency and reconstruction field since 2000.  Prior to this Michael spent four years in a Townsville Law Firm specialising in Commercial  Law.

Michael’s professional experience has been predominantly in building and construction, information technology, retail and rural based industries.  The Practice is uniquely positioned by having the experience and training of a legal professional in addition to the accounting skills and qualifications of other staff.

Peter David

Solvency Manager

Peter has worked in the Practice since 2004.  Prior to joining the Practice, Peter worked for one of the “Four Pillar” banks before commencing at the Australian Taxation Office.  Whilst at the ATO, Peter filled a range of positions primarily in the  debt and legal services section appearing regularly in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Commissioner of Taxation.

Charmaine Howe

Senior Manager

Charmaine joins the Practice with over 12 years' experience in the Insolvency Industry. 

Formerly the Manager of the Townsville  ITSA office, Charmaine brings with her both broad management skills and specialised knowledge in the area of Personal Insolvency. 

Having worked in both Trustee and Registry business lines within ITSA her areas of expertise include:

  • Bankruptcy Administration
  • Compliance via access to Official Receiver Notices & other Powers available under the Bankruptcy Act

Sally Singleton

Business Manager 

Sally joined our Firm as Business Manager in July 2007 after 28 years experience in the financial and business sectors industry.

As the Business Manager, she provides a link between the staff and the partners of the Firm. Her efficiency and attention to detail regarding the organisation processes has excelled the firms production beyond even our expectations and is only continuing.

Sally provides a fair and equitable perspective in all situations and is key to the smooth operation of the Practice.

Business Analyst

Veronica joined Offermans Partners as a Business Analyst  in September 2011 after completing her Masters of Professional Accounting & Business Administration at James Cook University.  Her experience in auditing and a strong customer service focus makes Veronica a valuable part of the team.

Kelsey Jones

Receptionist/Administration Assistant 

Kelsey joined the Firm as a Reception / Administration Assistant shortly after completing her secondary education. Since commencement with the Firm she has obtained her Certificate III in Financial Services.

Kelsey's previous experience in Customer Service combined with her fresh perspective is a great asset to the Firm.

Callum is currently studying at James Cook University to gain his Bachelor of Business (Accounting).  He joined the Firm as a Trainee Business Analyst in 2011.  He adds enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge that encourages staff improvement at all levels.
