Michael Brennan

Michael has worked in the solvency and reconstruction field since 2000.  Prior to this Michael spent four years in a Townsville Law Firm specialising in Commercial Law.

Michael’s professional experience has been predominantly in building and construction, information technology, retail and rural based industries.  The Practice is uniquely positioned by having the experience and training of a legal professional in addition to the accounting skills and qualifications of other staff.

Peter David
Senior Manager

Peter has worked in the Practice since 2004. Prior to joining the Practice, Peter worked for one of the "Four Pillar" banks before commencing at the Australian Taxation Office. Whilst at the ATO, Peter filled a range of positions primarily in the debt and legal services section appearing regularly in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Commissioner of Taxation.

Brenda Mudie

Senior Manager

Brenda joined the team at Offermans Partners as a Manager in August 2013.

Brenda is a qualified CA and a Forensic Accounting specialist. As a former fraud investigator with the Victorian Police Service, Brenda brings a wealth of experience in investigation, business services and personal insolvency. Her extensive experience in accounting and financial investigation and analysis is a welcome addition to our Valuation practice team.

Siobhan Bock


Siobhan joined Offermans Partners in September 2010.   Originally from Ireland, she worked in the Financial Services Industry in Dublin for 4 years before moving to Australia where she worked in compliance in the Financial Planning sector.  In 2010 she decided to change careers and pursue an accounting qualification.  She completed her Masters of Professional Accounting in June 2012 and is currently completing her CA.

Siobhan's strong analytical skills and compliance background mean she is well suited to the Insolvency industry and makes her a valuable member of the Offermans Partners team.

Given his extensive skills, knowledge, and experience within a multidisciplinary environment, Ryan is an active contributor to the team.

Ben Horrocks

Diana Endino

Rayleen Neilsen

Rayleen joined the team in 2016 after spending several years working in a variety of legal-based positions including Legal Secretary and Accounts Clerk here in Townsville. Kelsey Jones
Business Services Officer

Since joining the Firm in 2008, Kelsey has transitioned from Reception/Administration Assistant to Business Support Officer where she was called upon to assist both the Professional staff and Administration team in all areas on a daily basis.

Early in 2017, Kelsey advanced her career and transitioned into the Professional staff team as Business Analyst and then onto Business Services Officer.

Kelsey's previous experience in Customer Service combined with her willingness to learn and assist make her a valuable part of the Offermans Partners team.

Elizabeth joined Offermans Partners as the Personal Assistant to the Principals in 2011.
